Gas turbo gyro machine; 304 stainless steel construction; Meat capacity is 175-200 lbs; Spit is 32 3/4" high; Motor located at bottom of unit ensuring protection from heating elements; Individual burner controls, ceramic plates with minimum flame adjustment, removable burner protection mesh; Removable drip tray, plug for electric knife and meat shovel are all included; Burner can be moved closer or farther away from the meat, instead of moving the spit; Spit motor is 110V; Comes fitted for natural gas, but convertible on site to propane; Made in Greece; 1 year parts and labor warranty

i have this machine for our church

we lost the whole center of the machine. from the bottom piece to the stick that holds the gyro to the top of it. where could i order replacement.

Visvardis gyro DG16V.

Does this machine has NSF approval???
How the Fire turn on, with separate lighter? or electric when you swich the gas on?? Does it have a PILOT???
Can we order the ceramic plate only?? (Without the whole burner or is attach to the metal burner)

Eurodib claims this unit is NSF approved but we have not received any documents to verify the certification. When we get the correct info we will update the product features.
