Thanks for the question.

To clean and maintain the Eurodib SFE02325-120 Panini Grill we recommend using a little lukewarm water paired with the panini grill brush I've included below (or a similar brush). This will help steam clean the surface. After using the brush it's wise to wipe down the grill surface to ensure no brush bristles are left behind. Brush with a little oil to keep the plates in good shape.
