I'm looking at your FI-72W dishwasher and would like to know if we could switch out the trays that come with the machine for 2 tray racks instead.

This unit comes with one tray rack in addition to two other racks. If you'd like to order this model we can contact Fagor and see if they would be willing to swap out the other two racks and send 3 tray racks. Please contact our sales department at 888-388-6372.

you will need hi temp warewashing fluid and hi/lo temp Rinse Aid. We don't have the warewashing on our site, because there are some extra fees associated with shipping it. I'd recommend you call our sales team at 888 388 6372 x2 so we can explain all the shipping stuff to you. I'm attaching the rinse aid below.
