208V/60hz/1ph = 13 amps
220V/60hz/1ph = 14 amps
240V/60hz/1ph = 15 amps

For service, you'd need to call Fagor Appliances Technical Service at # 1-877-743-2467.
Regarding installation, a plumber typically installs these (make you and him go over the manual prior to installation!!!). As far as replacement parts are concerned, we'd be happy to help you get those. Just call our sales department at 888 388 6372 x2 so we can figure out what parts you need and get them shipped out to you.
