Quarts is a measurement of volume and pounds is a measurement of force. Without a known ratio between the two for the given substance (which is known as density*) I cannot answer the question.

*technically density is the ratio of volume to mass, but you can convert mass to force for a given location.

I am sorry, I wish I could help!
