Our technician informs me that the Glastender DI-FR-DW 1-Section Drop-In Ice Cream Freezer could be mounted on a stainless steel table. Regarding the gauge of the table you'd need, I can't be certain. Here is a copy of the spec sheet for this ice cream freezer with measurements that may help you decide what is needed.
