does the filter basket have a cover (not meaning the actual cover for the pot)? we have one of these at our church and the grounds get all in the coffee because there is no cover for where you put the coffee grinds in the basket.

This unit does not have a covered filter basket. However, after speaking with the manufacturer, they assured me that they have had no complaints of anyone getting grounds in their coffee. As long as you use it as directed and don't over fill it, this coffee urn will not give you grounds in your coffee.
