Unfortunately, I'm not exactly sure what you're in need of when you say "plunger". Here is a link for the replacement parts diagram for the Hamilton Beach 96700 Electric Citrus Juicer.

Yes, it's possible to purchase just the reamer for your Hamilton Beach 96700 Electric Citrus Juicer. Hamilton Beach offers a lemon/lime reamer (part #596700), an orange reamer (#596701), and a grapefruit reamer (#596702). We don't currently stock any of these parts, but we special order for customers on a daily basis.
