The temperature differentiation may be the result of a bad gauge that needs to be replaced or the thermostat needs to be calibrated. If you are not sure how to calibrate a thermostat, I recommend contacting a local service tech. Question

I need to order a temp. probe.

I have a Imperial oven model# ICVE-2. The upper oven temp. probe is broken in two pieces and I do not know which one to order. Can you give me the correct part # so I can get it ordered. Thank you, Mike

The replacement thermostat you need is Imperial #1160. We do not have this part on our website but we can definitely order it for you if you call our sales team at 1.888.388.6372.
