In regards to the Imperial Restaurant Range & Standard Oven, I spoke with an Imperial technician and he said the serial number was required to determine if this particular model was compatible for spark ignition. Can you provide us with the serial number of your unit so we may better assist you?
Is there an accessory that would convert four of the burners into a steam table?
I would like to keep soups and and other prepared foods at temp on my range. Is there an attatchment which acts like a set on top steam table or double boiler?

I am sorry, we do not have anything like that on our site. However, I use to put steam table pans right on the griddle top at the restaurant I use to cook at.
