I am sorry, we do not sell Cuisinart parts. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for the correct replacement hi-limit.

I've tracked down the correct replacement hi-limit thermostat as well as the red pilot light.

You'll want Vollrath part #17559-1 for the hi-limit and part #17504-1 for the red pilot light. We don't currently carry these parts, but we special order for customers on a daily basis. Please give a member of our Tundra Restaurant Supply team a call at 1-888-388-6372 and we'll be happy to get those parts ordered for you.
