The cooking time greatly depends on the size, type and quantity of hot dogs you are cooking. The manufacturer suggests that the cooking time could range from approximately 15-40 minutes.

I am sorry, this hot dog steamer is not NSF approved. I have added a couple similar hot dog steamers below that are NSF certified.
