150 lb Gas Donut Fryer; Stainless steel tank, front, door, back & sides; 200° to 400°F temperature range; 57 1/2"W x 43 1/4"D x 57"H; Solid state thermostat; Standing pilot light; Drainboard doubles as fryer cover, and is field reversible; Hinged wire mesh submerger screen w/ safety grid handles; (2) nickel plated wire mesh screens w/ handles; Integrated gas control valve acts as manual & pilot valve, gas filter, regulator & automatic main valve; Temperature limit switch; 1/2" NPT gas connection; 120,000 BTU's; 1" drain valve; Includes clean out rod; (2) donut turner sticks; 6" adjustable legs; NSF certified; One year limited parts & labor warranty; Note: Please specify voltage for fryer controls when placing ordering
