36" Series gas restaurant range; Nat or LP gas, please specify when ordering; Single 3/4" female gas connection; (6) 33,000 BTU star/saute burners with standard grates; Single piece removable drip tray provided under burners; 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front, sides and shelf; Front located manual gas shutoff to entire range; Standing pilot for open top burners; Factory installed regulator; Standard oven 45,000 BTU with standing pilot and thermostat range of 175° to 550 °F; Oven is double sided with full porcelain enamel cavity and coved corners; Oven interior measures 14"H x 26"W x 26 1/2"D - full size pans fit both ways; (1) rack with two position side rails; 6" stainless steel adjustable legs (casters are optional); 1 year parts and labor warranty; NSF certified; Note: casters are optional

Due to the fact that this is a commercial range there is no self-clean function. There is also no broil feature on the oven.
