400 Series gas restaurant range; 60 3/4 in (W) x 34 in (D) x 59 1/2 in (H); Oven interiors measure 26 in (W) x 26 1/2 in (D) - full size pans fit both ways; (6) 33,000 BTU star/saute burners with standard grates; (2) standard ovens are 45,000 BTU each with standing pilot and thermostat range of 175° to 550 °F; Nat or LP gas, please specify when ordering; 24 in raised griddle with 1/2 in thick cold rolled steel griddle plate (right only); Single 3/4 in female gas connection; Single piece removable drip tray provided under burners; 4 in stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front, sides and shelf; Front located manual gas shutoff to entire range; Standing pilot for open top burners; Factory installed regulator; Oven is double sided with full porcelain enamel cavity and coved corners; (1) rack with two position side rails for each oven; 6 in stainless steel adjustable legs (casters are optional); 1 year parts and labor warranty; NSF certified; Note: casters are optional
