Thanks for contacting Tundra Restaurant Supply with your question Dennis.

We recommend removing as much of the lime buildup as you can manually first (with a scraper or rag) before using a delimer. The delimer will foam quite a bit when used. We, unfortunately, do not sell a delimer that I could recommend. Our technician suggests getting it from either Johnstone Supply or Grainger, and also recommends using a filtration system to cut down on lime buildup. I've included a filtration system below for your consideration.
