Electric tilting steam kettle; 100 gallon capacity; 24kW; Stainless steel interior liner, 2/3 jacketed and stainless steel exterior; Supported on all welded, 1 5/8" dia. stainless steel frame and legs fitted with 4-hole adjustable flanged feet for securing unit; Kettle pivots on trunnion connected to tilt mechanism that is self-locking; Unit tilts forward a full 90° for complete emptying; Controls include power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety valve and low water shut off; Operates in a temperature range of 100° to 290°F at maximum pressure of 50 PSI; 1 year parts and labor warranty; NSF certified
