Gas restaurant range; Nat or LP gas, please specify when ordering; 3/4" male rear gas connection; (4) clog-free cast iron burners with removable grates; 28,000 BTU (natural gas), 24,000 BTU (LP); (1) 12" griddle (left side only) with 1/2" polished steel plate; Single piece removable drip tray provided under burners; Stainless steel front and shelf, galvanized sides; Standard oven 35,000 BTU with snap action thermostat; 26"wide x 26 1/2" deep oven - full sheet pans fit both ways; 6" stainless steel adjustable legs; Thermostat range from 175° to 550°F with low setting; 1 year parts and labor warranty; NSF certified; CSA design certified; Note: casters are optional
