These are not self clean ovens. That is not a feature usually found on a commercial range.

Electric ignition is not available for the 300 series Southbend Ranges. It is available as a no-charge option on their Ultimate 400 Series ranges. You would want to order model 4601DD and specify that you would like electronic ignition. I have listed that model below for your reference
