Gas restaurant range natural or LP gas - please specify; Single 3/4" rear male gas connection; (4) clog-free cast iron burners with removable grates; 28,000 BTU (natural gas), 24,000 BTU (LP); (2) 35,000 BTU ovens; Single piece removable drip tray provided under burners; Stainless steel front, sides and removable shelf; (1) 36" manual controlled griddle (left or right: please specify) with 1/2" polished steel plate; (2) large 26" wide x 26 1/2" deep ovens; (2) position rack guides with (1) removable rack per oven; 6" stainless steel adjustable legs; Snap action thermostats, range from 175° to 550°F with low setting; 1 year parts and labor warranty; NSF certified; Note: casters are optional
