2 burner gas griddle; New updated design; Stainless steel front panel and double wall aluminized steel side panels; Griddle plate is 1" thick highly polished steel; 4 1/2"H tapered stainless steel splash guard; 3 1/4"W front access grease trough with a 4 1/2 qt capacity grease drawer; 28,300 BTU aluminized steel burner every 12" of width; Controlled by a throttling type thermostat embedded in griddle plate and adjusts from 150°F to 450°F; Long lasting, heavy duty metal knobs; Cool to the touch stainless bull nose front protects knobs; 4"H legs have an adjustment of 1 3/8"; 3/4" N.P.T. male connection; Unit is shipped natural gas but includes field LP conversion kit; Grid area is 498 sq in; 24"W x 29"D x 15 1/2"H; Units are approved for installation within 6 " of combustible surfaces; UL Gas & UL Sanitation approved; 2 year parts & labor warranty
