CSM chilled countertop cream server w/cold jars; Designed to hold bulk cream or other dairy products at a safe serving temperature; Polished stainless steel base with foamed in place insulation and seamless plastic interior; Stainless steel pump with captured valve balls dispenses a 1 oz portion that is adjustable in 1/8 oz increments using supplied gauging collars; Includes (2) HOLDCOLD™ jars, (1) white and (1) black - use one while keeping second one in the freezer; ABS plastic jars are filled with a non-toxic refrigerant gel and hold 2 3/4 qt of cream below 41° for up to 12 hours; Spout extends 2 1/2"; Cleaning brushes are included for pump maintenance; 2 year warranty; NSF certified
