DICSM drop-in cream server; Designed to hold bulk cream or other dairy products at a safe serving temperature for hours; Polished stainless steel base with foamed in place insulation and seamless plastic interior - flange allows unit to be dropped into countertop; Stainless steel pump with captured valve balls dispenses a 1 oz portion that is adjustable in 1/8 oz increments using supplied gauging collars; Includes stainless steel 3 qt jar and (2) eutectic ice packs, (1) for use, (1) for freezer; Spout extends 2 3/4"; Cleaning brushes are included for pump maintenance; 2 year warranty; NSF certified
