Thanks for bringing your question to Tundra Restaurant Supply.

Unfortunately, this Thunder Group TF001 12" Non-Stick Wok w/ Wood Handle was mislabeled. The wok is constructed of 16 gauge carbon steel with a non-stick coating. Our apologies for the confusion caused by this mislabeled product.
