Can we use this with propane tank?

Are we able to control the flames on the three rings, if we only want to use one or two rings.

You are correct. One knob controls the outer ring burner and the other knob controls the two inner burners.

The flames are controllable and the unit can be used with propane gas. However, before the unit can be used with propane, the orifices need to be replaced with the sizes appropriate for LP. The regulator that is sent with the unit needs to be replaced with a propane regulator. Your propane tank should also be equipped with a propane tank regulator.

There is one orifice for the outer ring burner (size 47), and one orifice for the inner burner (size 50). Those sizes are for usage at elevations near sea level. If you are at higher elevations, please call us and we can recommend the correct orifice sizes.
