Standard minimal: 8’x12’ Walk-in Cooler with Floor; Actual Exterior Dimensions: 7’10” x 11’9” x 7’6”; Walk-in Cooler: 4” extruded polystyrene insulation, 26 gauge stucco embossed galvalume interior and exterior.; Floor: 4” extruded polystyrene insulation, 22 gauge stainless steel interior, 26 gauge stucco embossed galvalume exterior.; Door: 34”x76”, cooler door with floor, light, light switch, thermometer, door closure and spring loaded hinges.; Pre-assembled outside remote refrigeration system: medium temp., 1 phase, 3/4 hp, hermetic, 208/230 volt. Includes condensing unit, evaporator, thermostatic expansion valve, thermostat, sight glass, drier, solenoid valve, winter controls, and outdoor weather hood. Drain line needs to be field installed. Does not include refrigerant, R404a.; Refrigeration sizing specifications: 35°F holding temperature, 45° product entering temperature, 85°F ambient temperature, 6144 BTU’s required, outdoor; EISA Compliant, NSF certified, UL listed; 10 year panels warranty; Refrigeration warranty: Standard 1 year manufacturer’s warranty, 1st day-1st year labor warranty and 2nd-5th year compressor warranty.
