Hi Maggie, thanks for your question.

The Winco PCDS-6 Pancake Batter Dispenser does indeed have more than 1 portion control option. In fact, there are a total of 8 portion control options, and the batter dispenser can be adjusted depending on how large you'd like your pancakes. That said, I unfortunately wasn't able to get the 8 options (measurements) from the manufacturer, but they did inform me that this dispenser can be adjusted while you're working.
