I am producing a few hundred baked pie crusts at a time so need a large quantity. Would like to avoid the added labor of placing the parchment paper.

Each bag of pie weights weighs 2.2 lbs. The manufacturer said that the weights are to be used directly on top of the dough with nothing in between. Hope this helps!
