Regarding the World Cuisine 49840-31 36-Imprint Ravioli Mold Set, each mold is 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" (this will be the size of the top of each ravioli) and the depth of each pocket is 1/2". The end result is a ravioli that measures 1 1/4"W x 1 1/4"L x 1/2"H.
